Jerry Morales was born and raised in Amarillo, TX. Ever since he was young, he knew he wanted to work as a lawyer in his hometown.
In 2005, he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and graduated magna cum laude. Then Jerry attended the University of Texas School of Law and earned his J.D. in 2008.
Jerry is experienced in divorces, modifications, felonies, misdemeanors, DWIs, DUIs, business and corporate law, and general litigation.
Jerry has two little girls named Grace and Berklee. When he’s not spending time with his family, Jerry likes to go golfing, fishing, and hunting.
He’s active in the community and serves as a board member for two local non-profit organizations: Teen Christmas and Joint Alliance for Students.
Naomi Guzman is a certified paralegal. She helps Jerry Morales Law by drafting motions, petitions, decrees, various orders, and miscellaneous documents.
She has been able to learn and develop her skills while working in a comfortable atmosphere under a down-to-earth attorney. Naomi loves her work and the people she works with.
Naomi has been married to her high school sweetheart, Orlando Guzman, for 14 years. Together they have four beautiful children: two boys and two girls.
Naomi wanted to be a lawyer since the 5th grade. However, after having children, she decided to change her career in order to spend more time with her family.
After a short break from school to be with her young children, Naomi decided to return to school in the fall of 2009. She went to Amarillo College and majored in applied science paralegal studies.
After being in school for nearly two years, Naomi began her job search. One day she received a call from Jerry Morales about a job opportunity. Naomi accepted the job offer and has been working at Jerry Morales Law for the last two years.
She graduated with an associate’s degree in applied science paralegal studies in the fall of 2012.
Jessica Mederos is a legal secretary. She helps Jerry Morales by drafting simple letters, sending out mail, and setting up appointments. Jessica also helps Mr. Morales with the immigration cases.
She has been able to learn, develop and love for the legal field, that Jessica is enrolled in college to get her certification in Paralegal Studies.
Jessica is married and has two children.
